Episode 183: Flying Bison Rusty Chain & Buffalo IPA

When a box of beer shows up on your doorstep with delicious beers in them there is only one thing to do, crack em open and review ’em on camera. In episode 183 Brad Chmielewski and Ken Hunnemeder got a special delivery of beers from Flying Bison in New York. First up in this episode is the Rusty Chain, a Vienna style Amber. This 5% ABV beer has great flavor. You know how much the Hop Cast likes a good session beer and this one didn’t disappoint!

Brad and Ken then follow up the Rusty Chain with Flying Bisons’s Buffalo IPA. This 5% ABV beer is a combination of two big, classic IPA styles; English and American. Using English pale malts as a base and then layered with three different hop varieties.
