Hop Cast

The fifth installment of the Man B Que / Hop Cast / SmallBar burger and beer pairing is right around the corner.

This month, the grilling geeks from Man B Que dig into their recipe arsenal and come up with the Fuck Yeah Summer topped with fresh jalepeno, bacon, sweet pepper jalepeno jam, ranch cream cheese which will be paired with the Metropolitan Flywheel. Once Again one burger and beer pairing wasn’t enough for this event. Man B Que also has their Bloody Mary Burger topped with bloody mary seasoning, sharp cheddar, dry parmesan, topped with bloody mary aioli, horseradish, garlic, and Sriracha which is paired with Half Acre Daisy Cutter. The beer brains at Hop Cast and SmallBar hand picked both of these beers for a perfect meat and beer combination.

$15 gets you all you can eat sliders and endless glasses of the two featured beers.

Brad Chmielewski and Ken Hunnemeder have teamed up with the guys over at Man B Que. Man B Que is a group of guys who love grilling just as much as Brad and Ken love beer. It will be Brad & Ken’s job to make sure all of the Man B Que’s fans are stocked with tasty beers to drink.
